Salah is not that much a dribbling threat these days..All zinny has to do is show him to the byline and not give away fouls...Same with Cancelo. Anyway we have the best CB partnership in the world

Surprised at Cancelo and zinchenko both in the first team with Mane and Salah both fit and playing. Would have played Dinho over Rodri as well.

People can argue any which over the front 3 tbh. They all have individual strengths and weaknesses.

Getting nervous now as the game approaches a win would put us in such a great position. Please please beat these fuckers.
The pressures on the scousers we don't have to win the game , regardless of todays result we're still winning the league no one is as good as us by a long way

They look pretty strong to me, hopefully our tactics get the job done,

Good team and the one I would have chosen (for what that's worth) if Walker is not fit.

My main worry is Rodri. He is an excellent player but often starts games a bit slowly and dwells on the ball a bit too long in the first 20 mins or so, which could be a problem if they press hard from the start.

Im always weary of second guessing Pep but dropping Jesus after he's scored 3 big goals in 3 games and scored the equaliser vs Liverpool last time for Mahrez in his worst form as a City player is simply a bad managerial decision IMO.

Not even mentioning the difference in effort levels from the two players in a game where everyone is going to need to lay at 100%, Pep must realise he is never going to get Jesus on a roll and confident if he drops him when he's contributing.

Put him on the wing if you want a false 9.
Come on, we all know Mahrez is full of bottle for the big games. If we have a penalty with 2 minutes to go, who else would we want............. oh shit.

No striker for the biggest game of the season
Find that staggering
Why? It’s tactical. If Pep thinks the best way to exploit space will be a false 9, why is it staggering? He wants to either draw a centre back out to make space for Sterling to dart into. Or he wants the overload in midfield. He also wants a fluid front 3. All 3 can move wherever they want at times. It’s good.
