Smart move bringing in Akanji for Dias..was our best player the other night and he gives us a better out ball alongside Stones.

Having seen the Liverpool team, we don't have to worry too much about their full backs bombing on too high, so their main threat will be quick and long in to Diaz and Nunez.

State of that midfield. Alvarez almost never plays out wide so it’s either kev or Alvarez in the 10 with one of them partnering Phil on the wings. The only one who can also play wide is Bernardo. But I don’t wanna even want to consider a KDB Alvarez midfield.

This is spot on. We’re in The Arkles and couldn’t believe it when it went past the pub as it was supposed to come from the other side. All the feral rats were gathered on the wrong side of the ground, only for our coach to casually drive past the pub and turn on to Anfield Road with no fans around apart from the odd straggler running after it!

Akanji has more pace and he is better with the ball than Dias, that is for me the only reason why he is starting.
