During this run, of dire results and loss of form, the club keep sticking up a player as spokesman for the team.

They all come up with the same crap about unity and belief, then next game they balls it up again.

I thought we needed 3 players in January, but now I think we want 6 or 7.

Whilst he is undoubtedly the greatest strategist, tactician and coach ever in World football - especially if he has the players. Management is also needed now. Is he as good a "manager"?

Tell the full backs not to cross the half way line. Tell Nunes and Bernardo to sit in front of the defence. Tell Foden, Savinho and Grealish that they need to work their bollocks off and mainly defend all game.

Need to be pragmatic. Play on the counter. And if we do, we need ‘proper’ defenders in there. Treble season style.

First port of call needs to be not to concede then build from there. Not to attack.

Unless Pep changes the strategy then nothing is going to change.

If we crack under pressure 3-0 up at home to Feyenoord then we’ve got no chance at Anfield. Their atmosphere is a myth but one bit of crowd noise against us and we’ll crumble, regardless of the stadium.

Dreading it. Need leaders and characters on Sunday. No passengers.

He won’t change his tactics he’s a stubborn fucker, thus us his Achilles heal, look at the first season he implemented a style without the players, didn’t do so well, once he brought the right players in the rest is history, however I’d say we are back to that first season again, he just won’t change, we will get in players next season (can’t see us getting anyone in January) then go again next season. Qualify for CL and maybe Fa Cup is the best we can hold for.
 
Luckily for us they have Madrid tonight, we played last night and have that extra day to rest and prepare.

I’d take a draw right now, but I’m going for a 3-2 City win.
 
Glad I am going out for the day to visit daughter in Bangor tbh. Will not be pretty.
 
Wouldn't it be ironic, and back to "typical City" at it's finest, if after playing like we have for 6 weeks we go and get a win there!!!
It would take a monumental turn around though, and Pep to change the way he wants us to play - so apologies I can only see us being dry bummed. Anything below 3 conceded would be a bonus currently
 
We're coming to, in my opinion, the most pivotal game of the season as far as the league is concerned in the worst form and shape we've been in well over a decade. We need a win to stay in touch, a draw does nothing and a defeat kills us off.

The backs are well and truly up against the wall on Sunday and if we do lose (as is the most likely scenario) I want us to go down fighting, I want to see the players give it everything on the pitch and if need be, resort to the dark arts. Leave a foot in some tackles, target the likes of Salah. Other clubs have targeted our main players and we have let them do that and we are now paying the price. If we do come out fighting then maybe, just maybe there is the slightest chance of winning.

We'll need a huge slice of luck as well but fight is what we need. Players who are prepared to stand up and fight, fight like cornered tigersThose who are not willing to do so on Sunday then please fuck off from the club in January.

In my lineup bernardo is primarily playing central to help stones and Nunes in the middle he just moves out to the right when we're defending in shape, savinho is a completely different, we need to go into the side as robust and solid as we possibly can be.

I'm not sure he's currently in the form to play that role well enough. He's not protecting the ball as well as he normally does and has lost that niggly tenacity of late
