Anyone else getting slightly concerned about their tickets not turning up. Got one out of three at the minute and that one came last Friday despite them being ordered 5 minutes apart

Thank you for your email.
Firstly allow me to apologise for the delay in the delivery of your community shield tickets and I hope that they arrived in time for the game. The Liverpool tickets are being dispatched the week commencing Monday the 20th August.
I can only apologise for the delay in sending the tickets out however owing to the large amount of fulfilment that is taking place due to the busy nature of the start of the season, dispatch times have been increased. This time should reduce as the season gets fully underway.
I would also just like to highlight that although you are unable to refund tickets in the week running up to the game, if you do wish to get a refund, and still haven’t received your tickets we would still be able to issue the refund, and just cancel the tickets that have been dispatched.

i don't see how they were snowed under as there were only Liverpool tickets at the time to dispatch as Chelsea was over and Stoke starting this week

City have posted info about the soccer bus on the OS. They haven't however said that Liverpool Central is closed for refurbishment at the moment so you won't be able to travel from there. Go from Lime Street and change at Moorfields.
