Liverpool bus damaged on journey back from Etihad Stadium today

You sing that song, you know Liverpool fans think it's about Hillsborough, you know the press and the FA think it's about Hillsborough, and you know the club are going to have to release a statement about it again.
That’s the thing though, I don’t think Liverpool fans Do think it’s about Hillsborough, they have weaponised it to draw sympathy & try get fans of other clubs onside with them. As for the press, I think we all know why they’re shit scared of saying anything that can be perceived as anti dipper

No I wasn't there, and some people will think that disqualifies me from the discussion which is fine, but given this is the 3rd or 4th game vs Liverpool in a row that the same song has caused national headlines and caused the club to release statements, and caused hundreds of pages of discussion on here, there can be no pretence that people are unaware of the controversy surrounding the song and whether it's linked to Hillsborough.

lfc fans have recently been complaining about us singing songs about them being scruffs and on the dole, 'they've suffered enough (Due to Hillsborough)'. Thats another one they find offensive. And if their media (And undoubtedly they have the media power) find that offensive should we stop that too? Remember the hatred and furore that pudit got for using the word Dippers on radio. Where does this stop?

For me its the thin end of the wedge and we should'nt start this cancellation creep where one club has the power to shut other fans up. Especially by using a tragic event to do it.

Just my opinion though and I am gathering that I am wrong, but thats because for me the songs about victims has ALWAYS been about how much they moan about being the victim of things. I hate what the media and police did to those fans and I love that club just kept going to get the result, get the inquiry, and didnt let them get away with it when some many times they do. But its never been about HB.

Maybe if they showed a bit more compassion for the 39 victims of Heysel instead of holding victory parades on the anniversary and had some shame for getting all English clubs banned from Europe for 5 years, maybe we could be a little sympathetic toward them.
Think the scousers had a love in back then, now Everton hate them.

Lfc dont miss a trick to paint City in a bad light, nor do the press/media.

I personally believe this damage never happened, no pictures, no videos that's strange.

I think LFC played an April fools 'joke' and City fell for it. Why didnt City wait until there was proof this happened ?

All the times I hear this shit about singing “tragedy songs” just once I would love Tv/press to publish - and the offensive song is….. “Always the victims, never your fault”. But absolutely no one will say/print it. And not because of any particular word being unprintable but because once it is out there the vast majority of people will read it and say”is that it?” “Wtf is that to do with HB??” “They are always complaining about everything” etc. But no media will actually say it so people (and there are a number) who don’t know what is being sung believe it. I have explained to a number of people and to a (who)man they have said “it that it???”
