I think we've just uncovered the huge scam that is the city of Liverpool itself.

Crime-riddled, law unto itself, no money, no jobs, no morals or regard for public standards.

The police never catch anyone - as they're just dressing and don't really have jobs either. In fact they're not police at all, they're wardens - as it's actually just a giant prison town where perps are sent to do penance in a thoroughly.miserable environment.

Property developers from outside Liverpool won’t touch the city. Many Liverpool property developers have gone bust or have run into financial difficulties.

Everything I know about the City of Liverpool tells me that the job of sorting it out is next to impossible within the norms of a civilised, democratic state, and I would not take on the role for 500k a year. Being PM would be a piece of piss by comparison.

Photo’s, plural. There must have been hundreds, plus whatever dash cams on the vans themselves captured, and the uniform cams of the officers, presumably also traffic/security cams…
