Liverpool fans are good for a laugh at least...

Personally I find the almost daily threads "laughing" at other clubs really sad. With money and having all our footballing dreams fulfilled should come an element of class. I don't care what scouse supporters say about us on their forums, just as I don't care what spuds supporters or Neverton supporters say about us. I don't need to laugh at them because I remember when we were a laughing stock. The only club I remember who's supporters mocked us were the fucking rags - hence those cunts deserve all we throw at them...

But for the rest....nah, it's not for me.

I'm with this. I'm sure we'll 'grow out of it' to a large extent as a club when we aren't just getting somewhere, but have arrived. At the moment there's too much focus on the abuse and ridicule we've had to put up with, but a trophy or CL run will distract nicely.
I agree with this as well. Not totally happy with laughing at any other club (except the fucking Rags), we open ourselves up to accusations of being 'arrogant' (and this is something that I definitely don't consider blues to be). I don't even like people having digs at Dalgleish, now there's a footballer who deserves every fucking accolade thrown at him. In fact, all the fucking twats who feed off the media's obsession with that overhyped **** Beckham would do well to watch some videos of Dalgleish, and see a real great at work.

I don't think it's Dalglish we are laughing at; I'm certainly not.

It is the idea that Liverpool fans consider him as their messiah, when he has been out of front-line management for over a decade.

I couldn't agree more that he was a fantastic player; one of the best I have ever seen, in fact.

However, I don't rate him as a manager, as I have stated on here already. Yes he did well first time around at Anfield, but he inherited some of the best players ever to grace English football; I could have managed that squad!

He also did well at Blackburn, but he spent a relative fortune to win the Premier League.

But his record at both Newcastle and Celtic is absolute gash!

It's the electronic equivalent of terrace banter!

Other clubs in trouble don't really generate much interest, but a club like Liverpool who have to have some of the most arrogant self righteous fans going, is something to see and talk about and laugh about!

Watching Chelsea fall apart is also interesting, remember Liverpool were (and by the talk of some of the commentators last night still are) one of the media darlings.
