Maybe the liverpool mafia are in charge of the investigation into the pot throwing incident because just like the bricking of the City coach, the Merseyside police certainly weren't.

Their ferals certainly seem to have somebody who is determined to protect them from identification and prosecution.

If it did, I imagine there would be people saying it was a city fan who threw it but it didn't go far enough and landed in the city end
