Because NON of the hundreds even thousands of the vile feral rats around these scumbags had the decency or gonads to point out these egregious offences to anyone around in authority, least of all actually step in and apprehend the thugs themselves. To this day the majority of those so called "fans" don't need a photo to identify the "faceless" culprits.They know them , live , breathe, drink and have lunch with them in the works canteen.
That's because their fan base is a closed shop beholden to and policed only by THEMSELVES and anyone turning a fan into the authorities is considered a "grass" and dealt with accordingly. Fuck they've even got their own police force actively involved allowing all and sundry to park on top of their vans. To any decent fan of ANY other team these incidents would rightfully be seen as an affront to the good name and reputation of the club and they would be outed with great alacrity.
