Some scouse wanker threw this pint pot but is being covered by other scouse wankers. Must be a thing to do over in murkyside as seen with things much more serious than this incident
So they blaming us for not controlling the fans!? So does that mean every away fan has carte Blanche to do what the fcuk they like throw what they like down on the home fans and it’s upto the steward and police to go in the crowd to stop them before they do it?!
Netting? I’d go full Trump and build a ‘yuge wall along the ship canal, personally. Was there not talk of netting being put up around them, is that still the case.
I really hope we don't back down from this.
It’s strange how so many tragic incidents seem to follow one club around. No matter many they bring the ferals are still going to kick off in the safe knowledge that neither GMP or the Club will do anything about it because If they tried too, out will come the Hillsborough card.
Joking aside about booking flights, where does that leave supporters who want to book coaches (supporters clubs etc) or trains. The dippers knew about the reduced allocation many weeks ago. They have deliberately waited to cause maximum trouble. They really are a shit stain of a club.Waiting to see if they get their full allocation. Hence complaining to their mates at the Premier League. We’ll know by Friday when the tickets go on sale.
GrassWhen I was at school I used to lose my 'break time' if I messed about.
Now sometimes I'd lose it because a mate would be messing about.
Teacher would ask who it was? They'd say 'own up or all lose some of your break'.
First time we'd take the punishment together, but eventually we'd make the person responsible own up.
Basically some Dippers knows what happened, but they're covering up.
So blame them 'this means more' supporters and not City who are looking after their own!
You've got to love the Big Brother like phrasing of "We acknowledge there have been issues involving both sets of supporters in recent seasons".Oh, what a surprise, the Spirit of Shankly rears it’s ugly head and big Scouse gob again. Who the f*ck do they think they are?
From the Liverpool (FC) Echo.
Liverpool supporters' group Spirit of Shankly have also expressed their displeasure at the move.
“We acknowledge there have been issues involving both sets of supporters in recent seasons, but this course of action is counter-productive," said a statement. "At the corresponding fixture last season, Liverpool fans experienced overzealous stewarding and policing, and were locked in the ground after the match with no access to toilets.
"Such undue treatment of supporters serves only to increase tension, which SOS fed back to Greater Manchester Police at the time. Now, it appears, Liverpool supporters are to be penalised further.
“We understand reduced allocations at the Etihad have also happened to other clubs, which don’t seem to be about away fan behaviour, but poor crowd management."
That's a very good point, I wonder if the match would have been moved?Thank fuck this game is on 1st April and not a week later which is the anniversary of Hilsborough.
Liverpool never play on the anniversary of Hillsborough, so it would have been moved no matter the inconvenience caused to City. Having a trophy parade on the anniversary of Heysel is perfectly fine though. That's a very good point, I wonder if the match would have been moved?
Grace and humility, these words have never been known to the dippers. You would think just for once given the tragedies this club as been involved in they would accept the decision with good grace and humility.
