Could have been worse, could have been better.

0-0 against the scouse (who are now getting a fine after 6 Yellows in a game) isn't a bad result, and it's very much as you were in fourth.

Ireland looked busier today, but all season he looks like he has being hesitant to shoot. Ibrahim did okay for us, Kompany, Zab and Johnson all did really well.

So, nothing won, nothing lost, I'd had taken that at the start today. With the form both teams are in, everybody fancied them to batter us.

Must say, the referee was consistently shocking, he had an absolutely awful game today.

Liverpool have been playing just as badly as us for the past 6 weeks but scraping results. How you can be happy with a point I have no idea, would you also settle for points at home against Spurs and Villa?

Reina had one save to make. That is simply not good enough for a side with top four aspirations playing at home.

Mancini is killing our top for hopes in the dullest way imaginable.

Much better performance today i thought (at least in the first half) and thought Ade played well and probably should've scored.
Plus, beaten Arsenal, Chelsea, Utd and now drew with Liverpool at home this season. Good times.

bad refereeing cost both teams, masherano should have been sent off and torres shouldnt have been booked and now they must pay the fine.

not disappointed tbh, a draw against an established top 4 side at pretty much full strength seems a good result to me

like watching serie 'A' .they were vulnerable we should been more positive.ibrahim for ireland was typical mancini.let,s hope we can do the same again at stamford bridge next week

we have been playing shit...our defence today was top and pab zab played a blinder...shay didnt have one save to make....gerrard was left wondering and we got a point..

A home draw against Liverpool isnt the end of the world.....

Liverpool are set up exactly the same as us, and its all about not leaking goals. They carved out what, 1 chaance today - the Agger header from an early corner. They were shocking and we had no attacking threat mainly due to Ireland who has lost his hunger big time - he needs to buck up or fuck off, the overpaid, lazy jessey who is fast moving from legend to muppet status in my eyes
