To transfer tickets, does the person need to just have a membership number like last season or have a cityzen matchday membership?

Its definitely the match day membership, Someone from in here transferred me a ticket for yesterday's match.
 
Thanks - so a supporter number is no use this season as no one can transfer tickets to it?
 
Just had a look on the app and it says that with the normal £20 membership it says you can receive transfered tickets
 
Looking to swap City v Liverpool tickets

I have one ticket in the East Stand near the away fans, but I’m looking for two seats together (adult + U18, or two adults).


If you have two tickets and only one of you can make it, would you consider a swap + cash difference so I can use the two together?

Lots of seemingly recent recruits to the Blue Army looking for tickets, I think most can see the genuine blues though.

Wondering, on a ticket transfer does the transferee need the minimum 5 game purchase requirement for this game?
Assume not, and if so then the matchday purchasers need all sorts of qualifications to purchase, regardless of loyalty points, but someone selling to a Scouser just can get them to buy a £20 membership?
