Seems like none of our players who reached the Quarter finals have reported back to City yet. A few were on a flight back from New York this morning.

Reckon the team will be:

———————Ortega——————
Lewis——Akanji—Laporte—Gomez
———————-Rodri———————
——de Bruyne———Gundogan——
Mahrez———Haaland——-Palmer?

Never seen Palmer on the left before but have no idea who else will play there?

Fuck knows who’ll be on the bench?!
One cannot match Gomez up with Salah. There has to be a better plan. Ake is available...

i miss club football, international football is very emotional but mostly a mess. cant wait to see properly drilled teams doing their thing. not too bothered about the carabao but its liverpool so lets try to win this

Not sure what people expect, families struggling to pay bills, just before Christmas and city go and price the tickets at PL rates - they are so out of touch at times.
plus probably half a team against there first 11

I am hoping that City come out and go after Liverpool. The slow, multi passing build up play that works over a season generally does not transfer well to the hurly burly of a one off knockout tie.

I don't think I've had as little interest in a City game since last Saturday against Girona.

How this game was ever sanctioned I have no idea, 4 days after the WC finished, utterly ridiculous, we'll put out a reserve team, lose, and the media will wank themselves silly over it.

Happy to be proved wrong, but I doubt it.
But it’s the same for Liverpool at least we are at home,if it was at Klanfield I think we would lose however Haaland will be well up for this so I think we will squeeze past them.
