Free hit tonight. I would like to see us return to the quick passing through the team city as opposed to the slow sideways nonsense that we revert to from time to time.

Brentford was a crap result and a clear warning. What I would like to see is us being a lot tighter at the back. Conceding far too many goals.

Spoke to a dipper today and after years of wrestling with his conscience, will gladfully accept Middle East money now. Full of praise for our owners, not 1 mention of ffp or cheating or human rights. I had to check was I speaking to the same person. Dippers with more faces than a stolen clock. Couldn’t resist the dig about attendances. So it was definitely the same dipper who hated the evil oil abusers.

Anyway, once he resorted to that nonsense, the conversation ended with a smile. It’s all they have left. I did a quick check of my wallet and had a look to make sure the car windows were still intact. Silly dippers -:)

I agree with the need to move the ball a lot quicker than late . It was as though the team was playing at half speed to conserve their world cup energy
