RE: the no added time, I'm fine with it. That's an example of referees making a decision that's in the spirit of the game they're officiating. Goal difference doesn't factor in the FA Cup, both teams had pretty much declared following the missed penalty, the players have still got air miles and international games in the legs. No point adding on 2-3 mins for the sake of it, just call it a day.
We weren’t scoring again and it means that no injuries can take place beyond 90 mins.

This game reminds me of the Arsenal game. It’s almost like we allow the opposition to have more of the play for first 20 minutes or so, then we slowly take control scoring goals late in the first half and early in the second half rendering the rest of the match academic. We are without doubt the best team in the league at the moment, it is probably too late for the title, however this is the form we showed at the end of the 2020 season resulting in wasting the Covid Champs and going onto to win the next 4 titles.

Premier League beware!

Murdering bin-dipping feral cunts. Kiss my Mancunian ricker. Then, when you’ve done that, light a candle, sing a desperately disaster-based it wasn’t our fault song, and know this:
You’re fucking hated the length and breadth of this country and beyond.
The world celebrates today for City have beaten you, the thieving, scruffy, corrupt murdering cunts that you are.
Fuck you and fuck the bone-idle boat you sailed in on.

Fuckin well said

What a performance, i just wish we could have scored a fifth to really rub it in.
They looked good until we scored. Fast play, interchanging well and pulling our defence around a fair bit.
Their heads went down after the penalty and Haaland's header on the stroke of halftime completely knocked the stuffing out of them.
Immense performances by Haaland, Cherki, O'Reilly and Semenyo.
Oh and Oliver is still a ****.

Spot on….

️ Thierry Henry on Virgil van Dijk’s display in the clash between Liverpool and Manchester City.

“People are going to get emotional about this, but I don’t care, Virgil van Dijk is living off a reputation he built years ago. Tonight exposed it. When Manchester City turned up the intensity, he didn’t look like a leader… he looked like a liability.

We keep hearing ‘world-class, world-class’ based on what? Aura? Because I didn’t see dominance, I saw hesitation. I saw a defender who doesn’t want to get exposed 1v1 anymore. The real top defenders embrace those moments, they don’t hide behind the system.

And let’s be honest, if his name wasn’t Van Dijk, we’d be having a very different conversation right now. At Liverpool FC, that standard should be ruthless. But somehow, he keeps getting protected while others get blamed.

For me? That performance wasn’t elite. It wasn’t even good. It was average… and average doesn’t win you big games.”

Looked at a couple of Dipper sites and they are now blaming todays defeat and poor season on the tragic loss of Jota , they really are the lowest form of life using a colleagues death for downing tools , if anything a tragic event should spur people on to bigger and better things and not to wallow in self pity.
Its a football club that has no morals , no respect and no balls.

What a wonderful game that was! First 20 mins or so a bit shit, but after that - bloody brilliant! Well done City! Loved it!
