Our squad is threadbare at the moment, we had three players who could be considered starters injured and we only had Rico Lewis who could come on and keep the playing standard , i believe Stones was on the bench but he wasnt going to be risked and Oscar Bobb is a great prospect but not ready for title defining games.
The signings of Nunes and Kovacic althought early to judge look like massive down grades on the players departing , we know we have signed a lemon in Phillips although again not probably his fault , he doesnt suit our tactics or style of play , a strange purchase when he is a one dimensional safety first player who we have never wanted or needed.
If we get a couple more long term injuries then the January transfer window cannot come quick enough.

Do we have it in us against top 8 teams now!? You can easily see deaws and losses as much as wins against most of top half now, which is fair enough. Teams do reach their peak..last season was ours as a club.

I thought we played quite well yesterday. Our football is streets ahead of the dippers. We created enough chances to win the game, but were a bit too wasteful. I think the disallowed goal was very soft.

I think we will be OK.

Who are these so called tourists, or better yet what are they? I can tell you this much. When me and my crew turn up at the Etihad no one will be calling us tourists, lol...there might be some other descriptors used but tourist will certainly not be one of them...

The problem is Leeds England and Man City are levels apart and even though at Leeds and England he plays great and is good at what he does he is nowhere good enough to even be on City’s bench let alone the first 11 . We need him gone asap as he is just wasting a space for us .

He HAS the ability. That's not in question.

It's the mentality for him to BELIEVE he belongs.

His journey is in his hands to produce on the pitch.

We have 40 odd thousand S/ T holders, yet people obsess with a few thousand "newbies" wearing half and half's.
