Liverpool (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

I was positive at half time but make no mistake, this was men against boys in the end.

We are the worst coached side in the PL this season by a mile. I still wouldn’t sack Pep, he has enough credit in the bank to go into next season.

Hopefully going to one game a week allows Pep some decent time to mix up our tactics and get us playing decent football again.

Only two positives for me:

1 - We didn't get absolutely twatted
2 - Khusanov

Still, never mind, we've had some wonderful times and we'll have some more. Also, like someone else said, rather them than Arsenal.
 
...well beaten by the champions elect today...pity the clueless, graceless fucks would never return such a compliment and concede we have been the superior top-flight team for well over a decade
 
We got away with a pasting there. They definitely took their foot off the gas.

Worst City side I've witnessed since first winning the Prem.

Players strutting about like a Sunday morning stroll. Zero passion from most players. Khushanov shown more passion in half a dozen appearances than Foden has all season.

Kev and Gundo need to take a step out.

Our set pieces get worse every game. Even Marmoush has been coached into taking shit ones now!!

Pep needs to find some ideas from somewhere. If we continue these performances we can wave goodbye to CL football next season.
 
Piss poor for the umpteenth time this season, never looked like scoring and Liverpool eased off considerably or if they wanted to they could've slapped us silly.
I don't like what I'm seeing from everyone at the club starting with Pep who doesn't look like he gives a fuck at present just happy to accept we're not good enough and can't compete in his words. This can't be arsed attitude has then spread through the squad and we have several going through the motions, some possibly knowing they won't be here next season.

So much to do with this squad and I'm still not convinced Pep will be here next season if we can't string any set of results together

Can pass the ball slowly and end up doing absolutely nothing with it.

Most of them should have been moved on last season. The complete lack of mentality is a disgrace.

I don’t know what pep is seeing but he seems to be going easy on them and it shows.

Khus, Marmoush and nico did ok.

This is not the standard set by the club. Injuries, age and mental strength is gone.

We all watched in awe over the years and players got praised from high heaven but now they don’t warrant the same accolades.

An off season is completely acceptable but not this level of performances each week.

They were disciplined and simply did as little as was required. Why bust a gut when you’ve got the title run-in and a string of CL games to think about?
 
These pundits talk shit a poor Liverpool side everyone behind the ball and hit you on quick break
Champions this season they maybe but beyond that I see them struggling if the fan three leave
A few good signings in the summer we'll be back
