He dropped off in second part of last season

His all round game was never that good. But there was a period where everything he hit went into the net. Dried up massively now

Absolutely fucking loved today..beating the murderers is always great but today we toyed with them.
NOR, Nunes, Bernie, Nico G, Phil and big Earl were excellent but Doku was amazing..he ran them fucking ragged.
Bloody throat is sore now but worth it..we are definitely getting better and that's without Rod who I think when paired with Nico G will improve us further.
Enjoy the two weeks before we play again..I know I will.

I could be exaggerating here but I reckon that’s the best we’ve played for a good couple of years going back to the treble season. Agree with the poster that we got a bit lucky with their disallowed goal as I don’t think The Don gets to it anyway but did Liverpool really deserve to be in the game at that point? Second half they put a bit of pressure on at times but Doku put paid to that. Speaking of which, he deserved that goal not just for today but for his dominant display in the 1-1 draw 2 seasons ago

Donna’s dive is irrelevant. Once Robertson ducked his head he became part of the play. A very clear offside. Robertson should have moved to the side as Roy Keane said. Players do that all the time to avoid being offside. Robertson is to blame.

Rewatched the saved penalty. The goalie was definitely off his line before Harland struck the ball.

Just got in. It was brilliant today. Bouncing on the concourse at half time and people singing coming out the ground.

Nico G is starting to look quality. Nunes was brilliant again today as was O'Reilly. Doku took the piss out of them. Bernardo always seems to play really well against them, I think he hates them as much as most of us do.

Sorry I wasn’t having a go, I agree with you. It shouldn’t be Haaland.

I feel when he refused the one in the FA cup final he should have been stripped of them then.

I also think Cherki would be a good candidate as technically he’s brilliant.

But I think he’s got that streak in him to do something crazy, which I love. Football is about entertainment.
It was just me saying I think he would do something mad.

The goalie not knowing which foot Cherki is going to use could be fun

Thanks for the clarification mate. I thought it was more to do with whether it prevents a player getting to the ball due to blocked view, etc.
