Then I hope to see Laporte as a leftback with Kompany and Stones forming the centre back pairing. The reason for Kompany is he is very strong in the air and very experienced. Laporte is the only good option as a left back for me. Zinchenko wouldn't stand a chance. This is by far our best defense as it is now.

Ball control will be vital in this game, so for me Mahrez should be a given on the right. Then KDB from start, with D. Silva and Ferna. Sané or Sterling depending on form, with Aguero in the middle.

This is a must-win. If we lose, we can kiss the league goodbye. Liverpool would never drop 10 points, they are too stable.

Would be a bonus if the Robertson rumours were true, as he's been excellent from them this season, but I fully expect him to play.

lets hope manchester city turn up and show the world why we are the best team in england and champions 100 points 106 goals and we just blow teams away, also lets hope the ref lets us play our game and not flash the cards early doors, been digging up some of the premier league big games vs man city over the last 4 or 5 seasons and every one have seen the ref control the game and flash the cards about stopping us play our game and it got under the skins of the players and we lost control

so we know the officials are under orders from the top and its clear from the horses mouth richard scudamore that he does not want city to win the league again and liverpool have been the golden egg with united miles away and then liverpool picking up soft from mo salah and the blind eye in games and the media also letting sane get away with red cards and just brushed under the carpet

so manchester city have to be right on our game tonight and don't let the officials get in the game, take most of our chances and send them home with nothing
 
Huge game, pressure is on. Closest game in the league that is kind of like a high pressure CL knock out game where we lost first game of tie and at home now we have to win to go trough or we are out. I mean its a good test to whatever coming after Schalke in CL later...

Pep knows he cannot lose this game tonight, 10 points is too much with them gaining extra power, motivation by beating us at Etihad. Taking away their unbeaten run is really something we owe them after last season they ended ours.

Come on City!
