Liverpool in for Defoe?

Wouldn't be surprised in the least if this is true, although since it's Dalglish the offer would probably be around 30m.

I think 'arry would sell if the price is right.

Probably just paper talk. Papers been saying that Defoe's agent has requested a move which Harry has turned down.

Dalglish said he expected a quiet transfer window for Liverpool

No one seems to want to spend, half way through the transfer window and Darron bleedin' Gibson is the big money transfer so far it seems.

Can't see it being Defoe as Spurs would want a replacement. Harry flew to Marseille to watch Remy today and he scored twice

I wonder if this is true and I wonder how many others in the squad may start feeling pissed off.

'Arry seems to be demonstrating he only trusts 11 players, the others can kick about in the reserves and maybe get a seat on the subs bench or play in the cups he isn't bothered about, if they are lucky.

Granted the current first XI has been doing well, but nobody else has had a chance to show what they can do apart from the odd sub appearance or if one of his favourites has a knock.

You can't keep second string players happy if they never get to start a game, if nothing else they are getting hit in their pockets with, I assume, missing out on appearance fees, win bonuses, goal bonuses etc. Plus, a fair few of them are good PL standard players, it's not as if they are all crap even if they aren't quite as good as the first XI.

Remy said after the match that he's not interested in leaving Marseille so that move is pretty much off it looks like.

Daniel Levy is very gready, he wants 13 Million for Roman Pavlyuchenko, 10 Millions for Defoe and he thinks 15 Millions is too much for Adebayor !

If there's any truth in this it's annoying that Spurs get so much money for their shit. We can't fucking give ours away.

If an team is looking for a goalscorer they should go for Leandro Damiao. He is the most prolific young goalscorer in world football.

I saw that game live. But Damiao is not just about skills. He is an absolute beast in the air. Watch him score against Barcelona. Something Neymar couldn't do.

Yeah, I watched that match as well.

Seems like he's been on a lot of clubs' radars. Definitely one to keep tabs on!

I think he would be very well suited to the Premier League. Because he has a strong athletic physic. He is quality in the air to be used as a target man and he is also quick and skilfully to play a more complete forward roll. His goals record is insane too
