No surprises with the team, it's obviously not full strength like Liverpool's, but Raheem does like the spaces at Wembley.

Only concern is Fern being outnumbered and Salah dragging out Zin and Ake.

Grealish in the ten and Foden out wide would be preferential.

Bernardo will drop deep alongside Fern to mitigate that problem. But I fear this game now.

Liverpool are essentially full strength and rested. While we are playing our second string + some first teamers. Just think they are huge favorites for this game. First time in a while that has happened.

Still think Ederson should start just to give us the options from the back to the long ball, their front 3 will get Steffens head down and he’s just not good enough at distributing

He’s actually got very good distribution and coolness for a keeper, it’s just that Eddie is off the charts with his. He’s a good shot stopper and as long as he plays it sensibly and doesn’t try to emulate Eddie (he’s been guilty of this on occasion) then he’s absolutely fine for me.

We look like we are up against it but we have a number of fresh and eager players, they’ll all want to impress.
