Liverpool pay City £1 million in "spy" settlement for hacking - biggest PL scandal

From the Echo:

A club spokesperson from Liverpool said on Saturday: "Liverpool Football Club does not provide any comment on any allegations relating to legal agreements it may or may not have entered into with any other club, organisation or individual."
 
It's a shame that we've accepted a pathetic £1million from the scousers. We could of or maybe should of taken them to town over this.

They are the Cartel. Them, the Rags and the media are in with the Premier League and this will be blown over like some random transfer story in a quiet month in the off season.
 
Anyhow, it didn’t happen.

Tiny mention of the Times report on Sky sports, nothing on the impartial BBC.

Would this be reported the same if City had been illegally hacking their rivals, hhhmmmmmm...
