Put my (unbiast) predictions into BBC predictor

IMO we need a minimum of 12 points from our remaining fixtures.

And we are more than capable of doing so.

But generally I agree that Liverpool remain a danger to us. Villa too (although less so). We cannot rule out those two just yet and see it as merely a two-horse race with Spurs.

I agree, dippers might run close if they hit some sort of form.

Way I see it, we look after ourselves and forget every other team. Its ours to lose still. All we gotta do is match the teams around us. Job done.

Much more confident than I was a few weeks ago.

Liverpool are gone.

They need to pick up 15 points from the last 15 to have any chance. They've picked up just 7 from the previous five games.

FACT. End of.

The only thing that points to the scouse being the threat are the fact they've been there and done it, however...... Look at Gerrard and Torres' reactions on Sunday to Torres getting subbed. That is not the sign of a happy camp and no matter how much experience they have, that lack of togetherness between players and manager will be their downfall.

Spot on.
It's us or Spurs - with the winner of this game the most likely to get 4th. This will be us!

Liverpools remaining fixtures (with the exception of a draw with Chelsea) are easy. I can't see anything but wins even with poor form.

I am hoping spurs are mathematically out of the running when they come to CoMS, which is very possible

In no particular order i think we will draw 2 win 4 of our remaining games.

14 from 18 imho.

I fear Villa more than the scousers

I've got Villa ahead of scousers as our main rivals too, Spurs just behind.

Villa should win most of their remaining fixtures, but are the most likely to drop points where you wouldn't expect.

Liverpool must win all their games bar the Chelsea one to even remotely have a chance of catching us and with the way they have been playing can you really see that happening?

I know they aren't gone till it's mathematically impossible for them to catch us but I really don't think their is any need for us to worry about them unless we collapse spectacularly over the next few weeks. I mean we only need 11 points from our last six games to be sure of finishing ahead of Liverpool if they win ALL their games, if they win all bar the Chelsea game we will only need 8.

So you think they'll win easy away at Hull who recently have pushed Arsenal all the way, beat us and drew with Chelsea? Also factor in that Liverpool haven't won away from home in any competition since December and have been beaten by Pompey and drew at Wolves

No away game is easy for Liverpool the way they're playing. If we win 4 out of our last 6 Liverpool are out of it and i think we will do that

12 points we need. We get this and Liverpool can't beat us anyway.
If we get 12 points including not loosing to spurs we have 4th.

Thats the thing with any of these tables, when you work it out, don't look at the top, look at the bottom, I think when I did it I had Hull staying up with 30 points! When was the last time a team stayed up with 30 points? Going into the last game of the season on paper City, Liverpool and Spurs should win away against 3 of the bottom 4, but I bet atleast one of us slips up.

Liverpool are the main threat because they have the easier games and the referee's will be under orders from Sky to help them.
