no chance Skrtel is better then Kompany but he's a tidy defender though.

My starting 11 at Liverpool would be -

Reina
Johnson-Skrtel-Agger-Enrique
Gerrard-Spearing-Adam
Kuyt-Suarez-Downing

if "King" Kenny could keep this 11 fit I reckon they'd be up there, but he is forced to play Henderson and Caroll to justify their price tags. We'll see what Liverpool are truely capable come the end of next season I think.

I don't think that team would be up there. Adam is woeful and spearing isn't great either (and inexperienced) Kuyt is kuyt and the less said about downing the better. It's pretty much what they've been playing this season anyway (there or therabouts)

Funnily enough, whilst I agree is Adam is shit, I actually think Spearing is a handly little player in there. Does the hard work without being noticed but when I've seen him play, he just keeps it simple and doesn't give it away all to often.

What Liverpool need is a striker and Carroll is clearly wank. They also need another winger as Downing is also vastly overrated and another Centre Mid in the Alonso mould.

I also don't think Suarez is an out and out striker. So a decent striker for him to play off would be better.

Yeah Spearing kept it really simple at the swamp. Give the ball away to ginger pig, pass, goal - 2-0 to the scum. Another 2 points they were gifted

Isn't Agger extremely injury prone, one of my Liverpool mates was telling me. Also Skrtel has an annoying face.
