Re: Gerrard hamstring strain

He's poor in open play but probably the best delivery from set pieces in the league.

Him missing would be good for us.

Re: Gerrard hamstring strain

Wouldn't go as far as to say he's shit, but I think his best days are a season or two in the past. Now, if you were talking about SueHarris doing his hamstring, that'd be worth getting the bunting and the jelly and ice cream out for!

Agree with this - we still struggle from set-pieces. But there is still Suarez to bend the free kicks, so no real relief.

Who cares hes shit

He's definitely not shit. Hope he misses our game always seems to play well against us.
Nowhere near shit. Hes aged, but still has it in him to throw out a great performance. Id rsther he was missing than playing.

Gerard went off today holding his hamstring. Could be the end of their challenge.
Gerrard has been shite most of the season tbh.
Joe Allen played well today so at the moment are team is already picked for it's self.

3 goals & 6 assists...decent contribution for where he plays (pretty much a DM)

Massive miss for us...be interesting to see how Allen/Lucas/Henderson play...

I also really badly want Alberto to get some game time, he has so much time on the ball - Gerrard being out might increase the likelihood we'll see him.

Papers reporting that initial tests suggest he'll be out for a month

Telegraph
Gerrard had tests at the club’s training ground on Sunday, but the early indications were not promising with the possibility of at least a month on the sidelines.

That is a big loss for liverpool with huge away games at spurs, chelsea and city to come.

can,t see liverpool getting more then two points from those three away games.
