why post on there when you can say what you have to say on here..Im sure many of em will be lurking ;)

I post on thisisanfield mate - just never really got into Rawk. I only came here initially to see what transfer news was for you lot and noticed the Liverpool thread so thought I'd contribute...hopefully providing some insight !!

You'll do for a scouser Jimi. You seemed to have escaped the deluded virus epidemic that spread throughout the Liverpool area. Nor taken the blue antidote which side effects include bitterness towards others.
Just make sure you don't leave any valuables around if he's in the vicinity!

;-)

Coutinho's going to tear the prem up next season I feel, and Aspas seems
to have settled in well. If they get 40m plus for Suarez and spend the
money wisely, they could be a real threat again.

I didn't realise it was heresy! I'm so sorry.

I was commenting on the club not the fans who have tirelessly worked to get justice and support the families. But the question still stands are the support groups getting any cash from shirts with the moniker on? If so I'll withdraw my previous comment and publicly apologise for any offence caused.

This is also a season thread and don't want to turn it into another one.

All the LFC shirts have the memory of the 96 on the back of the shirt, I don't know if the Hillsborough Justice campaign get any money from that. I do know the club as well as all the ex players have given a massive amount of money and their time towards supporting the campaign. Finally we're getting somewhere - We won't rest till that c unt bettison loses his knighthood...

Aaaanyway, back to football

Coutinho will be awesome mate, need to keep him fit.

Aspas has been OK though I think he's more of a striker than a wide forward (which is what we need)

We need to keep Luis at all costs, we can't replace a top 10 world striker and in reality we shouldn't really have him in the first place. One more season with us and there's certainly potential for us to put up a good scrap for 4th place.

Cheers mcmanus - jim is right, I'll steal the lot if I get chance...you'll hear me coming though, this shell suit makes a right racket

Anyone have any rag mates who claim 'They don't care' about Liverpool anymore, then proceed to talk about them for a good half an hour?

Liverpool will be a threat to the top four next year and I'm tempted to put money on them doing it. Rodgers is clearly getting it right, at times they were playing the best football in the league last year and give united and City a good game every time. Very unlucky not to have taken more points off the best clubs last year.

Haha yep! I remember watching the first match in a pub near the Etihad before we played! Just embarrassing for the sport. Think it was a penalty that just never was that won it for them

That aspas kid looks good. there was a huge post on rawk about him from a celta fan. he has a big temper and sounds like suarez esq player never stops moving ect. tbh at this point u should sell suarez and get some more players with sturridge **** and the other kids u look top 4 contenders for sure !

Disagree mate, Suarez is key to our ability to fight for 4th place. You don't replace 23 league goals easily...we'd need too much luck to sign the right player (like we got with Coutinho)

Aspas does look decent, I'm not convinced personally - will wait to see how he plays in the league.

Ideal world: Suarez stays, we sign Papadopolous & a wide forward. Perfect transfer window.
