I've said it before: there is no way Rodgers is a real person. He has to be some sort of elaborate Internet hoax which is going to be revealed at a press conference in the next few months. It is simply not possible for an actual person to say the things he does. We'll find that he was a struggling actor called Clive who was hired by some eccentric billionaire as some kind of social experiment.

I can't wait to see the movie.

If you want to know just how much the Gerrard song upsets them, have a giggle at this.

Interesting how many of their fans criticise the number of free kicks and cards given against City. If anyone on here even hinted such a thing they would be taken to task by certian individuals with strident views on the subject of agendas.
If Liverpool fans, who generally hate us, see something's not right then something clearly isn't right.

oh the indignity of fans laughing and singing about what happened last season. surely they would not sing such nasty songs about a team with such history and status as their beloved liberpewl. maybe they could counteract it by bringing out a book about how they spunked shitloads of money and nearly won the league and dared to dream ! they seem to be hurting somewhat i really fear for the lunatic neighbours.

Perhaps more disturbing about this picture is nobody seems to have noticed Raymond Van Barneveld stood next to Saint Brenda

To be fair to the bloke he's gone straight to the game after work, he's a magistrate right?

surely an agenda against their fanbase.Like when Brazil are playing , and the tv producer looks for nice birds with a decent rack . For RS matches they look for the biggest kopite whopper. a derby defeat this weekend could well tip them over the edge- here's hoping !!

Their defence is nowhere near good enough.

Moreno is good going forward, but his defensive positioning is really terrible. Every game this season, Moreno's positioning has cost Liverpool a goal.

Sakho looks incredibly raw and uncomfortable. When he challenges for a header or has the ball at his feet, you have no idea where the ball is going to go. He's so unpredictable, which is definitely not a quality you want in your centre back.

Lovren hasn't yet made the step up and is struggling. £20 million doesn't seem to be well spent as he doesn't look comfortable one bit. Rodgers said before the game he's best suited to left centre back - but so is Sakho, a centre back they also paid £20 million for.

The young right back Manquillo got bullied and subbed after half an hour. He's talented, but very young and inexperienced. Not sure that's the type of defender needed to solve a defensive crisis.

Flanagan isn't the most glamorous defender, but he was very good last season. Is he injured this season?

+ on top of that, they don't have a proper defensive midfielder IMO. Lucas is just shit. Amazing really that they have spent £40 million on Lovren and Sakho which both are nowhere near the required standard to challenge for trophies regularly.

I agree they don't have a good defensive midfielder.

Gerrard's positioning as a CDM isn't very good at all IMO. Great passer, but doesn't protect the back four well at all. Lucas hasn't been good for about a year now.

Can looks good from what I've seen of him but;
1) He's injured
2) Rodgers won't drop Gerrard

Talk of switching Gerrard to right midfield is ridiculous, his legs have gone and he will be horribly exposed there.

Noticed that mr polygrip has recently been swopping his bottom newtons, this could be why Liverpool are having a sticky patch. !
