Yes they would I think. Their first two sets of accounts would have seen them fail FFP but they don't have to submit them until sometime in the next week. Based on that, they will have to submit the third year of accounts in October and, by using the wage exemption for players under contract prior to June 2010, they should scrape through. I'm sure they've known since last summer, from when he agreed to sign a new contract, that he would be going. It was obvious. The only bit that surprises me is that so many of them still can't (or won't) see that they were only ever a stepping stone to bigger and better things.
