My take. I was never convinced that they were all in on paying the 53 mil. Particularly when they probably have had to restructure their budget with the need for a keeper. The lad is either fit to buy or he is not. Trying to purchase him on the cheap citing concern about previous injuries opportunistic and slightly. Great news for city though.
