I've always thought so, nothing to do with the Liverpool connection either, suppose it depends if you prefer Rock over Pop music.
 
Watching Roma collapse yesterday as a neutral was probably what I imagine felt like to other fans when City was collapsing against Liverpool.

It feels rather frustrating when teams repeatedly try to keep the ball and attack when it's blatantly obvious that that is exactly what Liverpool thrive on. And when it quickly becomes evident that your team doesn't have the conditions to keep a high line/play out from the back, it's pure simple stubbornness to keep insisting on the same until you eventually get destroyed.

Really did expect Roma to be more reasonable and concede possession to Liverpool to put them on their 'weak foot' and not embarrass themselves like we did.

In the cups yes, in the league, no. Klopp can't get his team to perform every single week, and Pep is possibly the most ruthless league manager ever, 7 wins in 9 seasons, 7 times over 90 points, Klopp won't keep up.

In 1989-90 season Liverpool lost 5 games, do you remember any of the teams that beat them on the way to the title.
 
Being an Italian team, I fully expected Roma to man-mark Salah - but no, Roma forgot to defend and let Salah have the freedom of Anfield. Pressing high against Liverpool tends to have the same result every time. Even for us.
Liverpool are piss poor when it comes to playing a side that defends deep and hits on the break.
The penny will drop at some point.
 
Just had a look on rawk and I kid you not the cheeky fuckers are suggesting that Roma should be forced to play behind closed doors for the 2nd leg,appalled by everything ashamed of nothing has never been more apt.

Fair play to them. We all slag them off but when they play like that, it is very good to watch. Albeit probably not sustainable over a league season

No because that trophy is for the previous season and he’s had an exceptional season and should Liverpool go on to win the CL he certainly has to be in the top 3 running.
 
As many have already said they have replaced the Swamp dwellers as my most hated team.

The deluded bunch of pricks still cling to the notion that the events at Hillsborough had nothing at all to do with them, despite the fact that a drunken (allegedly) mob were trying to force their way into the stadium after arriving late. They have also conveniently airbrushed Heysel out of their collective memories and try to justify the appalling attack on the City coach as a bit of playful Scouse humour.

I will never forget the unsporting behaviour of their fans when we paid the utmost respect to the Hillsborough victims on the 13th April 2014 (25th Anniversary), they booed every one of our players for the whole game then celebrated afterwards because they thought they had won the league.

They are a despicable bunch of cretins.
 
Pictures all over the place showing the police vans being climbed all over and stood on by their fans. That's what the police were doing .... fuck all again.
