Why do they keep saying they played well? They didn't.Whenever Liverpool lose a game the focus is always about a contentious decision in the game masking the fact that they just weren't good enough. Liverpool's style of play is try to bombard you in the first half hour of a game so if they score they can then pick you off on the break, if they don't score in that high pressure period the game plan goes out of the window and they end up looking very tired at around the 70 minute mark.

Watching the final with my 8 year old, I asked him who is he supporting “Real Madrid” why I asked? “I hate Liverpool!” He said!
