Liverpool thread 2018/19

I am sure that last season, their fellow history club had a run of about eight games they received the benefit of some very dubious offside goals, whilst still within touching distance of us.

Now liverpool being much closer this season and leading until recently seem to be receiving the benefit of some very dubious offsides, especially since salah’s diving has been highlighted.

I am sure it is just coincidence and it will even itself out at some point, maybe even in our lifetime...

This season definitely. But the previous 5 seasons, we were 3rd, 3rd, 2nd, 1st and 3rd in terms of number of penalties. We've actually been in the top 4 every season for penalties since 09/10, and yet somehow this season we've slipped down to joint 10th. Then again, Liverpool are only joint 5th themselves.

But both Leicester in 15/16 and Liverpool in 13/14 got five more penalties than the second placed teams, which is pretty suspicious, because usually there's only one or two in it.

This season, the rags have actually been awarded the most penalties, which is astonishing when you consider the dour shit they've played for most of the season.

The issue with Liverpool isn't the number of dodgy decisions they seem to get, but how absolutely blatant they are when they happen. Every team gets wrong offside decisions, but they've had quite a number this season that have been a good metre offside with a clear view.
Thanks for the numbers, joint 10th says to me that we are not getting stonewalls which is what my eyes are telling me and that is as dodgy as fuck
I agree with the desicions the dippers are getting being blatant,i am signed up to the officials are helping them to take the title,if we win it will be a miracle,i predict several more offside goals for them and we will as has been happening continue to get goals wrongly chalked off

Have I missed something or has it all gone quiet following the FA asking Klopp to explain his comments after the draw with W Ham ?

Given his record this season I would have expected him to have been up before the beak by now.

I suspect a brushing under the carpet on the horizon for that likeable, hail-fellow-well-met, German chap.

Looks like there owners are pushing for another pay day and getting the bbc to start the rumours Salah for 175m!! REALLY?! What club can afford that much? Think the owner be happy with 130m.

If this is true, they’ll be able to retain their Net Spend trophy easily.
