I wrote another post about how the City thread on RAWK is just as bad. The reason I'm here is that I think you get a better idea of where your team is at by seeing what fans of other clubs truly think. The media sensationalises everything, clearly we aren't as good as they say. But there's no reason for City fans to make Liverpool out to be better than they are.

You're absolutely spot on.
That's why we don't.

Great side though Liverpool are, you won't find City fans making them out to be anything but second to City, as was proven in the league for the last god knows how many seasons.

With another couple of creative midfielders, a left back and a centre forward, I can see Liverpool having a go at all of the trophies this year rather than just the two.

Also, you won't have to play the 'low block' (park the bus), like you did against Spurs last week, and like Mourinho has done throughout his successful career.

This transfer window will be interesting too, to see if FSG and Merseyside can hold on to their better players or cash in, or players want out like they normally do.

There are rumblings that Salah wants out already.

FORMER Liverpool footballer and Whitegate resident Dean Saunders is to be charged with dangerous driving.

The 54-year-old had appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday, May 31, charged with two motoring offences.

Saunders, who scored 22 goals for Wales during an international career spanning 15 years, pleaded not guilty to failing to comply with a roadside breath test when stopped by police officers on May 10 in Boughton, Chester, and to failing to provide a breath sample for analysis later that day at the West Cheshire Custody Facility in Blacon.
The hearing was adjourned until Monday, June 3, for a case management hearing.

But Monday's case management hearing heard the Crown Prosecution Service has since reviewed the evidence and Saunders will now have to answer to an additional charge of dangerous driving in connection with the same incident.


As the charge of dangerous driving is an 'either-way' offence, that means Saunders – who was excused from attending the hearing before District Judge Nicholas Sanders – will have to return to court to provide a plea and say whether he wishes the case to be heard at Chester Magistrates Court or Chester Crown Court.

Saunders was rebailed unconditionally until his next court date.

Got a feeling Mr. Loophole (Nick Freeman) might be employed here if he's pleading not guilty to providing a breath test.

Saunders must think he did (not guilty), the copper thinks he didn't.

Interesting one.
My money is on loophole getting him off.

Has to have real reason for not providing a sample of breath, urine or blood. A genuine medical reason. Mr loophole got people off on procedural issues. IE the caution not administered correctly.
