The gamble is that getting £100m for a player depends on them playing out of their skins every week. Take Salah for example, now worth £60m tops.

He's worth more than £60 million mate. Although he dies not seem to be playing as good as he did at the end of last season, he is still scoring goals.

Liverpool do not need to sell, he's their main player, there is no way he goes for anything less than £80 million.

Salah will be off to Madrid next summer to win some trophies

deffo - if the reports are to be believed Barca are priced out with the 100m Euro surcharge but the daft twunts don't quite get that there are other clubs out there who will happily oblige their selling club mentality............

Slightly off topic , I'm in Kuala Lumpur and all you see are Liverpool shirts , United well behind in second place.City yet to register.

Steven Gerrard became perhaps the greatest player in the history of Liverpool FC, but did so when success and trophies were declining. It became his personal mission to lift the famous club back to the top. That loyalty raised him to God-like status with Liverpool fans, but was an unbearable burden, bringing with it a profound sense of responsibility to live up to their and his own expectations.

They passed on the original title..."All for Nothing"

Had a look at Physio Room yesterday and these lot only seem to have 2 players out injured whilst we have 6.
The fabled burn out hasn't kicked in yet and I really hope they don't do a Leicester and somehow keep players fit.

It has been very clear, since Kornmeyer arrived from Bayern Munich last year, that Liverpool have a completely new approach to rotation. While most on here still talk about the lack of rotation and how players will get tired "as" usual, Liverpool rotated far more than any other team last season.

It is also clear that Liverpool have worked hard to evolve their game beyond just pressing and counter attacking. They fall to mid block to lower the tempo, and the max runs has gone down by a lot, compared to last season.

Injuries, especially the fatigue related one, has dropped to almost half, since Kornmeyer arrived.
