What part of gomez missing 6 weeks u struggling with for example?..that's not one game. You seem to think only city have players missing.

Besides swings and roundabouts you won a league last year relatively injury free.

We had Mendy out for most of the season last year...hardly injury free
We also had Silva missing for weeks at a time with his family issues too.
Struggling why a dipper would be on a City forum..I for one would avoid Rawk like the plague.

I think Pep is a very kind man.

Kind, but cruel. As in the cat that plays with the mouse, tormenting it for hours!

What he's done is given the Scousers hope over the Christmas period.
A chance to gloat, especially over their blue neighbours.
So praise be to Pep the Almighty for his kindness at this time of year.
Have a good Christmas blues and I'll leave you with a little song from Paul Simon.
No I would not give no false hope
On this strange and mournful day
But the Dippers end of delusion
Is only 6 months away!

Or maybe less!

It's just a convenient excuse when their team is not competing. Just after one 5 goal hammering, United fans have changed the tune from Football is boring to a new RedCafe thread titled :
The most glamorous, strongest Premier League possible?

The rags and dippers might as well combine as they are equally as full of shit as each other.

A combined force of hype monkeys !

I’m here because I like City. You play great football and I’ll always watch City or Spurs play if either of you are Live. First and foremost I’m a football fan at the end of the day and I love to watch great football which City provide more often than not.

I do completely get the Liverpool hatred. Had last years events been reversed, especially with the coach incident I’m certain hatred from our side would be a lot stronger.

I think I did post in the Bluemoon forum once but I try to stay clear of there as this is your forum and I’m not a member here to argue with opinions I don’t agree with as everyone has a point of view. I’m not here to wind anyone up and think I keep to myself most of the time. There’s a few here who don’t like me and mock my comments but I just let them have their moment and don’t bite.

Can’t wait for the second part of the season. It’s going to be an interesting one. Might not be mirrored, but hope everyone on here has a good break over the holidays and a great New Year.

To be honest it wasn't as aimed at you as you seem reasonably fair minded.
But you still wouldn't get me on a dipper forum ...I would be banned as soon as I told the vast majority of them what I and probably most City fans think about them and their fucking weird cult of a club and following.

He means the attack on the team coach. It's like the memorial for the Heysel victims stating the deaths were due to a wall collapsing......

Uber ****s
No he doesn’t, he stated the coach attack but referred to other events.

Please allow the question to be answered without diving in to mention Heysel again.

What events are you referring to?

I only meant the CL ties where we did have the rub of the green on some big decisions that led to us knocking you out the comp. Just stated the Coach attack because vice versa would’ve had my blood boiling.

Wow try missing your main players for months at a time not one fucking game.
Imagine having no Salah no Van Dickhead for half of the season.
We have had loads of injuries and you moan about 2...
I said a few weeks ago that injuries can be the difference between winning and not, especially in a tight race. The last time the rags won the league it was largely due to keeping an injury prone Van Persie fit all season. Leicester had barely any injuries when they won the league, and I think (correct me if I'm wrong) Chelsea were fairly injury free last time they won it. We didn't do too badly last season either, certainly compared to the first two times we won it. But this season has been pretty horrendous so far. It's not just the injuries, it's when they've occurred and how so many of them have been in the same positions.

Having said that, you can't take anything away from them so far. Even without too many injuries, it's hard to be as consistent as they've been so far.

How come were getting so many injuries compaired to other teams is it our training methods or exercises or just bad luck.

Last time we were really good on injuries was under Mancini but he sacked the head guy due to an injection on one of the players if I remember correctly, think it was Kun's foot.

Lack of a quality replacement perhaps along with little protection from officials and luck play a big part but ultimately I think it's the intensity of our play that weakens players to leave them more susceptible.
