If someone had told me even 5 years ago that this thread would turn into a Red Manc appreciation thread and Blue Manc hate thread, I'd have laughed at them.

City to me will always be a small club and they've become even more smalltime but their players are magnificent and if we beat them to the title, it will have been the greatest title in our history.

It feels good to be this insignificant......

Funny, just took a look on rawk and one of their posters is pulling them up on when DIC were muting a takeover of liverpool (remember the banners in the stadium)

The replies are pathetic saying they would have walked away from the club !!

Another beauty is a post says this person has never seen a Manchester City shirt in Bedford, but has seen loads of liverpool, united, arsenal - i though we were full of plastics fans from here there and everywhere

About a month in fact, and most were saying we wouldn't do it (and they were right).

Most have said we've played the best football ever, we probably have for much of the time, and over 2 years we've been incredibly consistent.

We've amassed 186 points so far, which could yet still rise to 198, and that is quite a distance more than any other side have ever achieved, not to mention the goals we have scored doing it, very likely to be over 200 in 2 seasons.

As for City, well in fairness I don't watch any other team unless Liverpool play them
