Typical scouse propaganda say it enough and with conviction and people believe it as fact.

There were details a few month ago about who got the biggest viewing figures in the USA and I’m sure the biggest draw over there now is Manchester City. But of course that doesn’t fit the script.

Aye. But by Aldridge's thinking, USA is only a small country ;-)

'They are still a small club' - John Aldridge says Man City have one big advantage over Liverpool in title race

Just in case we dont hate them enough
See, whilst Mr Aldridge uses different terminology and is trying to do us down he inadvertently says what we all generally agree on.......

Liverpool's obsession with their own airbrushed 'iiiiiiiiiistory and tradition is one of the main things that has been holding them back for some time (the same thing with United).

I find it strange that he has to continuously state that we are a 'small' club because we don't have a load of fans in China (whether that is true or not) - who cares?

The point is that despite having the best forward line anywhere in the universe and the best defender who ever walked the solar system and a whole load of decisions going their way, together with us not having our best player start 90% of the league games, they are just one missed pen from having a 1 point advantage over us. I reckon back in August if we'd been been shown all of the injuries we've had together with their, admittedly good form, but at many times mainly good fortune, many of us on here would have thought carefully and said OK I'll take that going into February. Oh I forgot to mention their world beating manager who keeps giving them a few days off cos they're not in any domestic cups.

A crucial 10 days coming up but I'll predict we'll be singing about Raz being top of the league again shortly.

Which one was it, did he “throw the FA Cup” or try to win against Wolves by bringing Salah and Mane on?
If he was throwing it why bring the big guns on in the second half, that really doesn’t make sense. If he was “throwing” it he would’ve left Salah and Mane on the bench or even better at home.
When I saw the team he put out I thought he was bottling it to concentrate on the league but putting Salah and Mane in the second half when the game was still winnable changed my mind.

Clearly both answers are correct .

Dippers like to have at least two excuses for every eventuality .
