I agree that none of us (City supporters) think the title race is over. As you say, we’ve spent too long in the divisions in the last 20+ years to ever feel that way. Certainly, there have been too many false dawns and kicks in the teeth in the nearly 50 years that I have been following Manchester City for me to ever feel this way.

However, the fact that the buswreckers, with our not inconsiderable help, have contrived to turn a ten-point lead into a one-point deficit has led to a certain amount of hilarity among us Blues.

We know the boys will fight to the end, and we also know that Klippety and his lot will also be doing their utmost to win the title. It’s going to be a very interesting couple of months.

If it wasn't for them fiddling the books, liverpool would be approaching title number 20 (at least). It really makes me sick.

If it wasn't for the rags, Newcastle, the dippers, Villa, Arsenal, Everton, Blackburn, Spurs, Forest, West Ham, Chelsea, Boro, Leeds, Wimbledon, Wednesday, Coventry and Southampton we would have won the league in 95/96 instead of being relegated, but hey ho, that's the way things were.

One of the things that never fails to amuse me is how they whine about evil little City not playing fair, the FFP way....
If you had applied FFP from the beginning of football, Newton Heath, Woolwich, Chelski and Littlewood FC would all have ceased to exist long back or be the equivalent of Burnley or Stoke.

FFP is a corrupt set of rules applied in order to keep corrupt organizations in an advantageous position in relation to their competitors. Fuck them and God bless anyone who breaks these rules and gets away with it.
