Think I understand your point squirty. Just struggling to comprehend that it could be true.
I think my point is, mate, that to criticise others as the ‘tin foil hat brigade’ is a little ott, as it’s becoming ever more apparent everything is not rosy in the PL garden, especially when the head gardener is Mike Riley

Will be gutting if true. The evidence does seem to point in that direction.

Wolves won’t even be allowed into the Dippers box. They will be penalised for every little touch but the dipper cnuts will be allowed to hack them down at will, dive around like Salah clones without punishment.
Henderson and Milner will have carte blanche to do whatever.will be like Texas chainsaw massacre. You can bet them 2 will start

Anyone think he might be tempted to put out a weakened team tomorrow night

Is Firmino fit? Salah won’t be playing so that leaves Mane, Sturridge and Shakira Shakira looking to get 3 goals whilst hoping Barca don’t score the other end.

He will probably go as strong as he can there’s only this game and Wolves left for them.

Their team tomorrow will depend on our result tonight. For the last game, Salah will be playing and there is a very good chance Firmino will too (even though he is supposedly out for the season).

Seems dipper fans did the usual trick of getting into the newcastle home end and celebrated their win, but there was consequences but yet again dippers playing the victim...posted on rawk

“How bad was the fighting outside the ground last night, anyone witness it first hand?
Looks like our fans where attacked as they boarded coaches home according to reports. I don't get this argument either, that away fans deserve a kicking when celebrating a goal in the home end. Yes, a lot of verbal stick and piss taking is to be expected, but to get attacked, that's not on.”
So they've never been to Anfield then......

The way VAR has been used in football so far would indicate one team being favoured and another team fucked over. It doesn't need a lot of imagination to work out which team is which!
That is exactly why the human bias should be removed from the decision.

I came up with a couple of ideas for VAR and the off side rulings.

VAR first. The officials in the HUB/van or wherever they sit should receive virtual reality images, computer graphics where the identity of team is not available to them. That way they're only able to make a decision on the event in question without them knowing which team they are making a decision on.

Off side rulings. Get rid of the assistant referees (they can't keep up with the pace of play anyway).
The simple replacement would be a high speed camera mounted on a track that runs parallel to both touch lines. Just like goal line technology there would be no errors.

I'm fairly sure its going to help regarding offside goals.

It will undoubtedly help, but unless we get an explanation as to who is offside and why, it will continue to confuse and confound and allow refs in the shed with a malignant form of VAR to 'interpret' a goal for a team or deny one. Offside, once upon a time, was the black and white of the LotG. No interpretation was needed. You were either off or on! Now, we have umpteen phases of play which allow offside players to be awarded a penalty if they are fouled! I do not trust the people who run the game to administer VAR the way other sports do.

Maybe you haven't noticed, but VAR is an absolute fucking joke.
It is a joke but better than the current situation. With VAR Fabinho is booked for diving and Liverpool don't score at Newcastle. The linesman was three yards away. That was not a straight decision. The look on the Newcastle player's face tells you everything. I am sure it will initially be chaos next year but will settle down moving forward.

You are Mike Parry and I claim my £5.

The unfortunate thing about your system is that it will deliver a high degree of accuracy. I think it is something which the governing bodies would not like to have. They want to be 'in control'. It is not beyond the limits of technology to provide pretty much what you describe, but I beg a question: why do we not have that now?

Seen this mooted before and would be a good step forward in my opinion
