The penalty law has been changed since the beginning of the year - any touch within the Dipper area is a stonewall pen - whether or not it was a foul is completely irrelevant. They're getting the shit they doled out in countless matches last year. Just another twenty pens till season's end to cover the fuckin' diving of Salah 'n Mané over the last few seasons.

Carragher's argument appears to be that TTA didn't mean to foul him so it cannot be a penalty. Well I would say that a lot of fouls, the player doesn't mean to give away a foul. So if you don't mean to foul it's no free kick. Bollox.
