How will the Champions league ever function without Liverpool and Juventus. They could always start a new cup (the Hyacinth Bucket Cup) for teams that didn't qualify for the CL but deem themselves to high and mighty for the Europa league.

Let's hope they (and others of their ilk from the G14) qualify for the 'HB Cup' for many years to come, even longer than it is taking feckless, invisible son Sheridan to come home from his never-ending Poly course in Tapestry Design & Advanced Needlework..
 
I find it interesting that the first team to congratulate us was Chelsea and that Liverpool haven't. As soon as we were declared winners Chelsea put a twitter post up and on the whole their fans have been okay because they are confident that they are coming for us next season. Liverpool on the hand seem insecure because in their hearts they know they can't sustain their recent success they thought they were building a dynasty and got ahead of themselves only to see things start to crumble so they woman and moan and fall back to their history blanket to comfort themselves. I could be wrong and they have a brilliant transfer window and everything is great again but I don't see it and now it's not just us but Chelsea seem to be back you could even say the Scum are in a better position to challenge than them. I think they did a bit too much talking and are now struggling to back it up.

The first congratulations text I got was off my scouse mate one minute after the final whistle.
So not all the same but the club fukin stinks

Unfortunately I'm useless at Photoshop because I'd love to construct a picture where they are parading a trophy but the trophy is replaced by a brick.

Think Lfc have played their 'Giggsy freindly' card.
 
You wait till they win the Also-Rans' Cup next year and the open-top bus parade will be all over the media.
