He's a winger and still outscored your beloved front three.
I really want to know what realy happened with GomezYou are still on the denial stage. The sooner we accept our weakness the sooner we get to improve them. Sterling hasn’t been the same since his Joe Gomez incident, and his level of performance has dropped. Has he scored a lot of goals? Yes. Has he missed a lot opportunities when it matters the most? Yes. He has shifted from getting the clutch goals for us that decides games, into being the culprit who costs us the 3 points. It is a staggering problem that without Kevin we have no attacking output, and with him we require 3-4 sitters to score a single goal.
For that reason they have better forwards. They are far more efficient. I despise Liverpool, even more than United at times due to them being our most direct rival. However, I can take off those blue tinted glasses and recognise when a team is better than us. As I explained before, we need to acknowledge the gap and work on narrowing it rather than close our eyes and pretend nothing is wrong.

I don't know, but I have a pretty good idea - Gomez could be just another gobby Dipshit who couldn't resist coming up the the not so good 'bon mot', bit of insulting banter, that Raheem found crass and boring and fuckin' well told him that he was a gobby dipshit and from the truth emerged a mental issue for flakey tearful Joe.I really want to know what realy happened with Gomez
What you actually said is the dipper forwards are better than ours apart from Aguero
Bobby the teeth is crap compared to Gabby..
What fuckin gap you on about?
Are you talking about the current gap of 5 points or the possibility of a two point gap if we win the game in hand or the gap of 30 years between title wins for the rats.
So now all of a sudden because Liverpool win the league by 18 points panic has set in that they are disappearing over the horizon?
Get real mate.
I really want to know what realy happened with Gomez
Losing Aguero and Jesus is the equivalent of them without Mane and Salah.Only Aguero is distinctly superior to his counterpart at Liverpool. Jesus is a better player and finisher, but Firmino fits into that Liverpool side extremely well. I would cautious with the claim that Firmino is the inferior forward when he makes them tick so well. Gabby has a lot to improve but he is young. He is still not on Mane’s level though, and that is just delusional thinking.
In terms of quality of their football there is a gap. There is a difference in losing but playing to an acceptable manner, which we are doing the opposite of. Watched their game against Everton and despite their draw they put in a performance. I was expecting us to have some urgency after our loss against Leicester, but there was none. In comparison they put in a strong effort.
I wouldn’t bother about our dropped points if we didn’t look so terrible during it. Currently we look like a lethargic team that has already lost the title. That is the gap between us that we need to close. We need that hunger that has disappeared from our game.
Someone had some brilliant statistics of our last 4 games against West Ham. The difference was absolutely staggering in our press and accuracy with our shots.
If you believe stats go have a look at the expected goals for this season. We are having an atrocious season compared to the dippers, who apart from the Villa game, have been deservedly outperforming their opposition.

Good common sense post a commodity which is sometimes in short supply around here. You are still on the denial stage. The sooner we accept our weakness the sooner we get to improve them. To be honest mate best thing I ever did was leave the place in mid 80s. They try to glamourize it with this melancholic sadness but truth is in general it is a horrible place. Two things annoyed me. Even when I was having a shouting match with the landlady especially about the staff getting pots half filled with left overs, filling up and reselling at full price, City fans were still desperate to get this piss because there was no other alternative.
I complained to Liverpool Council but none of Trading Standards, Licencing and Public Health gave a toss. And so the malpractice continues whenever away fans are in town.
City got beat 3-0 days after we won the League Cup over them.
**** town, **** club, **** landlord, **** pub and **** beer.
Apart from the kokonut scouser on here I don't think anybody has mate. This is a strange season, the top 4, the points dropped by everyone, the Dippers although up there, look well shaky to me.
The Rags look like they have looked for the past few years, Arsenal are still iffy, Spurs hit and miss, Chelsea the same.
I wouldn’t write City off just yet.

It isnt at all. We never play Aguero and Jesus together as they compete for one spot unfortunately, where as Salah and Mane both start every single week.Losing Aguero and Jesus is the equivalent of them without Mane and Salah.
