I feel sorry for VVD as he comes across as one of the nicer dipper players but loving it causing their vile fans pain. I still think they'll win plenty without him, they would have beaten Everton except for a very tight offside.

No one in the media ever mentions him going on strike at Southampton to force A move to the dippers. If we bought him this would be in the first few sentences on any story involving him.
