RAWK....

Worth remembering that we were without Alisson, Matip, VVD, Gomez, Keita, Fabinho, Mane and Jota tonight.

8 players who would have started.

Put your anger in a little perspective folks.

BOOM!

We have a winner..

Take Ederson, Dias, Laporte, Stones, Rodri, Gundogan, Sterling & Jesus out of City's side & they drop points..no doubt.
Any other side suffers what we have this year & they're mid table at best.

Have to give them their due. They were full of sympathy when we were with Laporte for a season, KDB for most of a season, no left back for 2 seasons. Oh wait .... fuck off you murdering bastards

They have a tough run of games coming up: City, Leicester and Everton.

Seems like those teams will be licking their lips at taking them on in this poor run of form too.
They could drop points in any of those.

Of course we have Liverpool, Spurs and Arsenal too coming up.

Genuinely think if we get 9 points from those three the league is ours.

Now let's go and beat these fuckers at that shithole.

Having awful luck with injuries but questions should be asked about squad depth. But you can't ask that question without the follow up "where has all the money gone?" Their wage bill is big but the quality in their squad not so much. Are they overpaying the squad fillers or are their top earners approaching messi levels of remuneration?

They are basically in exactly the same situation we were in last season.

Injuries at CB, players playing out of position and on the back of two seasons performing at a ridiculously high level. Our drop off was inevitable and so is theirs.

From what we've seen so far its the one's in the bottom half of the table they need to worry sbout

Shades of Klopps last season with Dortmund when they pretty much imploaded.

After 3 to 4 years of absolutely pushing players to their limits and probably beyond, injuries, tiredness and poor form have caught up with them.

Playing a core team of 15 players for almost every league and champions League games 3 years straight is eventually going to catch up with you and they just do not have quality backups and when 7 or 8 of the core players are injured, tired or just in poor form the whole system collapses
