Coutinho was not replaced by a similar player, nor was Can, but yet he managed to build a pretty successful team with the replacements?
Coutinho did not fit into his tactics. He has to replace Salah and Mane I don't think he will.

Ha ha this is funny, typical scousers. Playing the victim after being kicked out of the home end at Watford for celebrating a goal.

What is it with the dippers ?

According to Bingo, the Egyptian diver is now to be considered the greatest player in the world..

Obviously, this needs to be filed alongside the multitude of other greats that are unofficially associated with them..

They have the greatest 5 to 3 karaoke song..

They have the greatest, centre half, goalie, fullbacks, fans, manager, atmosphere and owners.

The sh*thole that is Liverpool is the greatest city in the world..

One thing's for sure and of that there can be no doubt is that they certainly fkin grate on the majority of every other football fan worldwide..!

He did but that was Dortmund he hasn't at Liverpool and I don't think he will
I think that will depend on whether FSG back him or not. Taking any rivalry out of it, he’s a fantastic manager, completely different philosophy to Pep, but definitely up there with him. If they back him, he’ll rebuild a successful team, if they don’t, he might struggle

He's gone full dipper and should stay out of politics and the hyperbole surrounding other clubs, the resources the dippers have had they should be expected to challenge.

His philosophy seems to be angry with putting out an angry team. Just like the club fans it's always someone elses fault with him. He acts like the scousers are the perennial underdog fighting against the big boys.

Interesting that klopp calling salah the best player in the world,is he putting it out there letting teams know that it will be a large sum of money needed to purchase him,he still hasn’t agreed a new contract with the red scousers yet and are they even willing to up the money or offer what he deems acceptable..

Completely agree, but he’s still a fantastic manager

I agree he is one of the best manager around. He has tried to rebuild with minamina and jota. It is and will not work with ether of them .I am just saying he is not evolving at all . People saying that main reason they had poor season last year was because there injury problems, it didn't help but the main reason was that the front 3 didn't perform like usual. I could be wrong but what I saw yesterday was like going into a time machine it was Liverpool 2019 its the same system the 3 midfielders where behind the fullbacks and the front three worked there socks off and where the one scoring and trying to score. It makes them solit and dangerous. If the front three play this season like they are playing they could easily win the league and I make them favorite but it all depends on the front three. After 3 years with a new front three what then ?

Yes, and even with backing he will need a bit of luck in the recruitment too. Let's not forget that a fair share of Klopp's players have been flops. Immobile is hard to forget.

I actually think players like Sarr and Adama Traore could flourish under Klopp. Although Traore may be too old to pay the ~€50m+ that he will cost.

Jota is probably good enough, but not at Salah's level. Agree completely in Minamino, he isn't good enough.

It's 2019 but a bit better movement and position switching. Down side is that all players are at the peak, and at any time will start to decline.

The thing is that Liverpool will be without Salah, Mane and Keita for over a month. The chances of winning the title this year are close to zero. City will battle it out against Chelsea. Liverpool can hope for CL.
