i see that the scouse fans have returned to their rightful spot as the most arrogant set of fans in the world after beating watford 5-0
It's not arrogant when it means more and we are "European Royalty"
FACCCCCTTTTT

or something like that.

I go back to one of my previous posts where I mentioned my general view..."let he who is without sin".
I am therefore abit disappointed that Liverpool would go with the rest of the prem and start this whole "hobbling" of teams/owners.
I do see it as sour grapes. We went through 30 years in the wilderness and we get back to beign able to genuinely compete and all of a sudden we want to pull up the drawbridge (so to speak)
Newcastles & Citys wealth should just be a spur to try harder, recruit better (by hacking of course) and play better.
Once again I find myself shaking my head at the modern game.
Money and hypocrisy.

Have they found the keys to the medicine cabinet after last years piss poor performances

Giiezman wasn't looking and he sure wasn't intentional. That was a harsh red, but I can see why it a red.

The Germany referee sure helping Liverpool becaues Gieezman will be BAN sit out for the Dippers at home leg.

At the start of the game, the BBC commentator and Lawrenson were creaming themselves at how fantastic Liverpool were at 2-0 up - unbeaten all season; looking like the best team in the world. They forgot they were second best against City and only drew with Brentford - as well as Chelsea. Then it gets to 2-2; Madrid player sent off early in the 2nd half. Then 3-2 up; dodgy penalty gets overturned in their favour. Talk about media bias - and VAR bias for that matter! Blimey. Still playing - 5 minutes left. Not sure if Liverpool have stopped at the moment, Anyway, hoping the scousers save something so they get a point at Old Toilet on Sunday.

Every time they play a half decent team they look vulnerable at the back. It’s stretching things to call the rags a half decent team but I hope they expose those vulnerabilities at the weekend. Hate the dippers more than the rags and so on that basis I’m hoping for an error strewn 3-2 Utd win

Anthony Taylor appointed. Lets hope he delivers

Liverpool are weak on the right flank when teams target that area, the worry is a countered quick ball to Salah, but because the worlds best ever player doesn’t offer any defensive protection, Henderson is as slow as treacle, then Alexander-Arnold can be got at and then he starts to flap and he gets anxious. Carasco made him worry. Brentford targeted him. Milner got away with it against us. Wonder what Ole will do when he’s behind the wheel this weekend.

Yeah. Chelsea (with 10 men), AC Milan, us, Atletico. Not great. Somehow undefeated.

They're reminding me of their 13/14 side. Very effective flat-track bullies.

Only concern is that under Klopp they have a habit of getting better when you expect them to get worse.

They are already redlining on refereeing decisions against anyone decent. Play ing on fumes. The Milner decision remains outrageous weeks later and as for tonight I say fair fucks to Simeone
