They recently won the CL which is a glorified cup competition which allows teams to lose multiple games and still progress to the latter stages..

City on the other hand have completely dominated the PL and domestic cups for a decade.

Back to back PL winners, 100 point season, Quadruple winners, mesmeric football, brilliantly run and managed, likeable, play by the rules, non cheating and diving players and top fans..!

A team, proving themselves to be far and away the best team (in the land and all the world) in the country by fkin miles.

It's a fact that winning the PL is recognised as the hardest competition in the footballing world to win..

All the bluster and clatter about the CL being the benchmark is just that, a load of crap..!

For me, we have absolutely nothing to prove to the doubters..

We are the best of the best already and losing 4 and drawing 1 game on the way to winning the money orientated CL cup like the dippers managed to do doesn't come close to what we've achieved over the last decade..!

Just seen an article on ESPN where TAA is quoted as saying City have an amazing team but have only won a couple of Prems while we have won the two biggest trophies - obviously cannot count on more than two fingers

He struggled to put s few sentences together to be honest..

"This team needs to win 1 trophy a season minimum otherwise it'll be a major disappointment"

His team have won one, tainted PL in his lifetime..!

Liverpool and their players have an inferiority complex where City are concerned. This is why players come out with egregious comments like this. They know that they can beat everyone else but they are clearly fearful of City's brilliant team. We have stopped them winning league titles and could well do it again this season...haha!!. I see he grudgingly said we have won a couple of PL titles...WRONG. In a couple of months we will have won 4 of the last 5 titles. No wonder they hate the sight of us.
 
Trent Darby just a typical thick , stupid scouser in denial , Clubshop has spent nearly £500m and returned two recognised trophies in seven years , Pep's net spend is similar and he has ten trophies in six years.
There is no comparison , the Dippers won a glamour cup competition where they lost four games on the way to winning it , like any cup you need a huge slice of luck or decisionsto go your way , winning league titles is the only way to judge genuine elite football teams.
He's a stupid scouse bastard trying to score points with his equally stupid fan base.

There are lots of things you can say about LFC. They were great in the 80s, they have a large fanbase and more thugs than most other clubs. But one thing is for certain....they are the most arrogant club in the world...worse even than our neighbours in Trafford. Totally classless comments by Trent.
 
Trent only saying that to assure himself and their fanbase that only just one thropy per season is enough for them.

Well we don't do that, our winning mentality will never be enough to just only one or two thropy per season. We want to win everything and anything that involves football throphy, that's the standard we put for ourselves.

If he only content to just one throphy at minimum, that says alot of his mentality.

In the last 10 years City have won 16 trophies, Trent FC have won 4 trophies.

Pep has won 3 PL titles, Trent Klopp has won 1 PL title.

City have also done the English domestic quadruple in one season, which has never been done by Trent FC or any other English club.

When Trent FC won the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, they finished 4th in the PL the previous season, and lost 3 and drew 2 games in the CL before playing in the worst CL final ever against a poor Spurs team.

City live in Trent FC's head 24/7.

We live inside their heads - and they know it. But only long enough to ensure they don't steal our wallets or season tickets.
 
I didn't think it was possible to despise scouse players anymore than I did already and then Trent-Arnold opens his manky scouse gob in a CL pre game presser, what a ****. But we obviously really do live in their heads 24/7 rent free.

Arnold not the sharpest tool in the box, City do their talking on the pitch unlike the Dippers who are always spouting off about God's own club.
