Watched a bit of their game last night. Liverpool were pretty frantic in front of goal, almost panicky at times. They lacked composure and the ability to control the game in that final third. Everything they did Everton had a counter for. Great credit to Everton I thought they were worthy winners in the end.

Thats how they've played for Klopp's entire time in charge. Run and run and run. Force mistakes. Get it forwards quick. There's no guile at all. Some people love the gung ho approach but there's a reason they blow up.

Same for lego man at Arsenal. He is playing a style more akin to our 100pt season but still without the same control. Pep learnt that it wasn't sustainable with so many games, so we go for control over directness.
