I love German Bier.Decent beer?
Great bar that, rocking in that square, full of Blues kicking a football about.Maybe hold it in the Dortmund pub Wenkers. Perfect for Clubshop
And the wine!Personally I prefer the Romans. Hygiene, roads, central heating to name a few.
Was there that day, Bank Holiday MondayI love German Bier.
Maurizio Gaudino, Steffen Karl and that wonderful strike against Southampton.
The Germans are fantastic people.I’ve been to Dortmund twice and found the people very friendly and helpful. It’s not quite the same in Munich but still never had any problems there whilst going for the football or when I went with Mrs H, suppose it’s like that in most big cities.
Never been to Leverkusen but really happy for them to have won their first title, in some style as well.
i'm married to a blue scouse and we came close to divorce when i realised her talking about her "sheepy" was her sheepskin coat. dreadful behaviour (she's been in mcr 18 years now though and her accent has improved significantly)I used to work with a Scouse prick who abbreviated loads of names/places, etc. One of our colleagues was called Ian, not a long name is it but the Scouser called him “E”, phonetically the first letter of Ian, how fucking lazy?
My mate works for Northern Rail and his Scouse colleagues call Victoria and Piccadilly Stations “Vicky and Piccy” respectively, ffs.
I agree very friendly and very much like us Brits in many ways. The Germans are fantastic people.
I’ve spent a lot of time there, and never had any problems.
