Are we allowed to mention these incidents now?I've read the last few pages with some quite emotive posts, I would ask posters to remember, they are never the victims, it's always their fault.
Three Scousers I work with didn’t get prissy, they wore the fact that they jibbed in at Paris as a badge of honour. All three went in separate groups totalling 30 that all got in and were quite happy to brag about it. Said there was aggro from genuine ticket holders who found them in their seats so ended up on the steps which was evident during the match as you couldn’t see the steps in the Liverpool section but yep it was all down to UEFA and the Police.Liverpool fans worked tirelessly to overturn the injustices and lies around Hillsborough.
Sadly, they now use it as a weapon, which is sick. They also completely deny any responsibility for the chaos in Paris, and get all prissy outraged dowager if anyone questions their version. Yet we all saw the bent tickets on the internet. Were those bent tickets just kept as souvenirs?
The kindest thing I can say about them is they are deluded and in denial of reality. So far up 'de Nile' that they are well into Sudan.

100% correct, isnt it funny how multiple matches with crowds as big as that including a football and rugby world cup have been held there without a hint of trouble but as soon as the scousers turn up there is trouble but oh no its not them its everybody and anybody but them and they immediately pull the hillsborough card to stop the discussion that shows them for what they truly are.The fact that Liverpool fans have a culture of turning up to big matches without tickets (or with forged tickets) shows that they lack the respect for the Hillsborough victims that they demand everyone else show.
The recent final in Paris shows this. Klopp told Liverpool fans to go to Paris regardless of whether they had tickets and the Internet was awash with stories of fake tickets for sale and scousers boasting of how they planned to jib in.
On the night of the final unsurprisingly there were big problems. The French police acted robustly but nobody died which is to their credit given the chaos that unfolded.
The dipper victim machine went into overdrive and soon the blame was squarely placed on UEFA and the French authorities with any hint of Liverpool fan culpability rejected and the cowardly mainstream media accepted this warped version of events.
Any Liverpool fan with true respect for those who perished at Hillsborough would only attend matches if they have a genuine ticket, arrive at the ground in a timely fashion to allow entry and respect the instructions of the authority responsible for managing the event.

The absolution of Liverpool fans for any involvement over Hillsborough sadly means there has to be a real risk of another tragedy involving them in the future. Liverpool fans take jibbing in to whole different level. It’s ingrained in their culture as a football club. They revel in it. Anecdotally I used to work with a Liverpool fan who went home and away during his 20s. Over a few beers he admitted that he jibbed in at Hillsborough and couldn’t honestly remember not jibbing into a game with his mates throughout the 80s.
